Joinder Agreement to Letter Agreement among Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Corp., Management LLC, and Executive Officers
This agreement, dated April 27, 2022, adds Jason Chryssicas as a party to a prior Letter Agreement dated March 3, 2021, involving Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Corp., its management LLC, and its executive officers and directors. By signing, Jason Chryssicas agrees to be bound by the terms of the original Letter Agreement as if he were an original party. The agreement is acknowledged and signed by the company's CEO.

JOINDER AGREEMENT

By executing this joinder, the undersigned hereby agrees, as of the date first set forth above, that the undersigned shall become a party to that certain Letter Agreement, dated March 3, 2021 (as may be amended or restated from time to time), by and among Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”), Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Management LLC, and the executive officers and directors of the Company.
