Summary
This amendment updates the distribution agreement between Aspect Medical Systems and Agilent Technologies. It removes certain products from the agreement, deletes specific contract clauses, and assigns Aspect responsibility for ongoing support and warranty of A2000 Monitors. In case of conflict, the OEM development contract from August 8, 1999, takes precedence. The amendment also adds new BIS Sensors for non-exclusive distribution in specified international regions. The changes are effective as of March 1, 2001.
