Amendment No. 1 to Company Services Agreement between Sergey Gandin and Arma Services, Inc.
This amendment updates the start date of the services agreement between Sergey Gandin and Arma Services, Inc. The agreement now begins on September 2, 2015, and will last for 12 months. After that, it will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis unless either party gives one month's written notice to end it. Both parties have agreed to these new terms by signing the amendment.

This letter will confirm the new commencement date of the agreement between Sergey Gandin ("Gandin") and Arma Services, Inc. ("Arma"), dated Sept 2, 2014.
The term of this Agreement shall commence on September 2, 2015 and continue for a period of 12 months. Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue on a month-to-month basis until terminated by either party on one month's written notice.
