Trademark Assignment Agreement between Novartis AG and Implantable Vision

Summary

Novartis AG, a Swiss corporation, is transferring ownership of certain trademarks, including their associated goodwill and rights, to Implantable Vision, a Utah corporation. The agreement covers all rights, title, and interest in the trademarks listed in the attached schedule, along with any related claims.
