Extension Letter for Committed Line of Credit between PNC Bank and Arkansas Best Corporation
PNC Bank has notified Arkansas Best Corporation that the expiration date of their committed line of credit has been extended by one year, from December 7, 2011 to December 7, 2012. All other terms and conditions of the original Letter Agreement dated December 8, 2009 remain unchanged. This extension ensures continued access to the credit line under the same terms for the additional year.
