Unrestricted Research Grant Agreement between ARCA Discovery, Inc. and University of Colorado Foundation (July 27, 2007)
ARCA Discovery, Inc. agrees to provide the University of Colorado Foundation with an unrestricted research grant totaling $287,000 annually to support Dr. Michael Bristow's laboratory and heart failure research. The funds are allocated for lab personnel and general laboratory costs, and will be paid in monthly installments of $23,917. ARCA may terminate the arrangement at its discretion based on its financial condition. The agreement is effective as of July 1, 2007.
