Aqua America Inc. Performance-Based Share Unit Grant Agreement (2015)
This agreement is between Aqua America Inc. and an employee, granting performance-based share units under the company's 2009 Omnibus Equity Compensation Plan. The award is subject to the employee's continued service and the achievement of specific performance goals during the period from January 1, 2015, to December 31, 2017. Shares will vest on February 23, 2018, if the conditions are met. The agreement also states that all decisions by the plan's Committee are final and binding.
