Extension Letter and Distribution Agreement Amendment between Applied Precision, LLC and Image Solutions (UK) Limited
Applied Precision, LLC and Image Solutions (UK) Limited have agreed to extend the term of their existing Distribution Agreement by two years, now running through December 15, 2007. During this period, Applied Precision will continue to provide certain services or products to Image Solutions for specified customers, as outlined in an attached list. Both parties commit to maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout the extended term. The agreement is confirmed by signatures from both companies' representatives.
