Fifth Addendum to Lease Agreement between Henry Amalgamated LLC and Angie's List Inc.
This addendum, effective June 1, 2011, modifies the original lease agreement between Henry Amalgamated LLC (Lessor) and Angie's List Inc. (Lessee) for office space. The addendum adds two new office spaces totaling approximately 1,320 square feet at specified addresses in Indianapolis, Indiana. The monthly rent for the additional space is set at $1,430. All other terms of the original lease remain unchanged.

FIFTH ADDENDUM TO LEASE AGREEMENT
ADDENDUM TO LEASE DATED JUNE 1, 2011 BETWEEN HENRY AMALGAMATED LLC, (LESSOR) AND ANGIE’S LIST INC; (LESSEE) DATED MARCH 1, 2009 (LEASE AGREEMENT) IS MADE AND ENTERED AS OF JUNE 1, 2011.
WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee entered into the lease agreement dated March 1, 2009 for office space.
NOW THEREFORE, it is agreed that the Lease Agreement is hereby modified and amended in the following respects to be effective JUNE 1, 2011. WIT:

1006 E Washington Street, Suite A, being 720 S.F.
1023 E Market Street (Diner), being 600 S.F.
All totaling approximately 1320 S.F.,

| 2. | Paragraph (4) (Rent) The amount for the additional office space with a square footage of 1320 will be $ 1430.00 a month. |
Except as specifically mentioned herein, all other terms and conditions of the original Lease Agreement shall remain the same and unchanged
