Fourth Amendment to the Amgen Inc. Supplemental Retirement Plan (Effective June 18, 2012)
This amendment updates the Amgen Inc. Supplemental Retirement Plan by revising the list of participating subsidiaries and affiliates. The changes specify which Amgen-related companies are included in the plan and the effective dates for each. The amendment is executed by an authorized officer of Amgen Inc. and is effective as of June 18, 2012.

AMGEN INC. SUPPLEMENTAL RETIREMENT PLAN
AS AMENDED AND RESTATED EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2009
The Amgen Inc. Supplemental Retirement Plan (As Amended and Restated Effective January 1, 2009) (the “Plan”) is hereby amended, effective as of June 18, 2012, as follows:
