Summary
This document outlines the compensation structure for directors of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., the general partner of AmeriGas Partners, L.P., effective October 1, 2017. Directors who are not officers or employees receive an annual cash retainer of $75,000 and 1,400 phantom units awarded in January 2017. Additional cash retainers are provided for service on specific board committees or as presiding director. Officers or employees serving as directors do not receive this compensation.
