Loan Commitment Letter between Millennium Bank and AWI Gaming, Inc.
Millennium Bank has issued a binding commitment to lend $1,100,000 to AWI Gaming, Inc., with American Wagering, Inc. as guarantor. The loan is an interest-only commercial facility for two years at a variable rate (prime plus 2%), secured by a first deed of trust on the property. Closing is contingent on an acceptable appraisal, executed documents, Nevada Gaming Commission approval, and title insurance. There is no prepayment penalty, and standard closing costs apply. The loan will close after all conditions are met and regulatory approval is obtained.
