This agreement is an amendment to a promissory note originally dated June 29, 2018, between American Rebel, Inc. and lenders Dr. Gregory Burbelo and Joanne Burbelo. As of September 7, 2018, the outstanding debt under the note is increased by $50,000, raising the total amount owed. The amendment is acknowledged and signed by both the lender and the borrower’s authorized representative.
