Assignment and Transfer of Limited Partnership Interest between Wilson Securities Corporation and Coachman's Limited Partnership
Wilson Securities Corporation is transferring its 0.1% limited partnership interest in Coachman's Limited Partnership, a Maryland limited partnership, to the partnership itself. As a result, Wilson Securities Corporation withdraws from the partnership. The transfer is acknowledged and accepted by Interstate Business Corporation, acting as the General Partner, which also redeems all interests of the transferor. The agreement is effective as of November 18, 2002.
