Summary
American Cellular Corporation and Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems, Inc. agree that Southwestern Bell will load all of American Cellular's NPA/NXX codes into its switch and billing systems to enable crossband roaming for their customers. The agreement is effective July 16, 2000, and includes technical details for implementation. All exchanges will be routed to the Fraud Manager for validation until direct switch-to-switch validation is available. Both parties have acknowledged and signed the agreement.
