Lease Commencement Declaration between MP Mulberry LLC and America Greener Technologies, Inc. for 254 S. Mulberry, Mesa, AZ
This agreement is between MP Mulberry LLC (landlord) and America Greener Technologies, Inc. (tenant) for the lease of office space at 254 S. Mulberry, Suite 113, Mesa, Arizona. The landlord has added 600 square feet of office space, and the tenant agrees to pay monthly base rent according to a set schedule from March 2014 through February 2020. Any further improvements are the tenant's responsibility. The agreement also confirms receipt of a $3,500 security deposit and states that its terms override any conflicting lease provisions.
