Summary
This document outlines how Ameren Corporation will calculate the 2020 target Performance Share Unit (PSU) and Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) awards for its named executive officers. The awards are based on each officer's base salary as of January 1, 2020, multiplied by a specified long-term incentive target percentage, and then allocated among PSU and RSU categories using set percentages. The final number of units is determined by dividing this amount by the average closing price of Ameren stock over thirty trading days before the grant date.
