Summary
Alpha Security Group Corporation and ASG Management, Inc. have agreed that, starting from the effective date of Alpha's IPO registration statement and continuing until Alpha completes a business combination or is liquidated, ASG Management will provide office space and secretarial services to Alpha at a specified New York address. In return, Alpha will pay ASG Management $7,500 per month until the agreement ends.

In exchange therefore, Alpha shall pay ASG Management, Inc. the sum of $7,500 per month on the Effective Date and continuing monthly thereafter until the Termination Date.
