Amendment No. 1 to Cooperative Research and Development Agreement between USDA and Zeta Corporation
This amendment updates a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) between the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Zeta Corporation. The amendment adds Tom Caperna as a Co-Authorized Departmental Officer's Designated Representative (Co-ADODR) for the project focused on developing and applying an in vitro model of the pig liver. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain unchanged. The amendment is effective as of November 2002 and does not alter the federal funding or the agreement period.
