Amendment No. 2 to Cooperative Research and Development Agreement between USDA and Hepalife Technologies, Inc.
This amendment updates a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) between the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Hepalife Technologies, Inc. (formerly Zeta Corporation). The agreement covers joint research on developing and applying an in vitro model of the pig liver. The amendment changes the name of the cooperator to Hepalife Technologies, Inc.; all other terms remain unchanged. The agreement period is from November 1, 2002, to October 31, 2004, with no change in federal funding obligations.
