Joinder Agreement to Amended and Restated Pledge Agreement by ACC Licensee, Inc.

Summary

ACC Licensee, Inc. agrees to join the existing Amended and Restated Pledge Agreement dated March 27, 2001, originally between Allbritton Communications Company, Fleet National Bank (as Agent), and other parties. By signing, ACC Licensee, Inc. becomes a party to the agreement and is bound by its terms as both a "Pledgor" and a "Pledged Share Issuer." This means ACC Licensee, Inc. assumes the same rights and obligations as the original parties under the Pledge Agreement.
