Termination Notice for Amended and Restated Asset Purchase Agreement between Oakmont Acquisition Corporation and One Source Equipment Rentals, LLC
Oakmont Acquisition Corporation has formally notified One Source Equipment Rentals, LLC that it is exercising its right to terminate their Amended and Restated Asset Purchase Agreement, as allowed under Section 14 of that agreement. This notice, dated January 17, 2007, ends the planned acquisition of One Source Equipment Rentals, LLC by Oakmont. The letter is addressed to William Irvine of One Source and is also copied to several other parties involved.
