Fifth Amendment to Lease Agreement between 131 Hartwell LLC and Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc.
This amendment extends the lease between 131 Hartwell LLC (landlord) and Aldeyra Therapeutics, Inc. (tenant) for office space at 131 Hartwell Ave, Lexington, MA, through December 31, 2025. The annual base rent for 2025 is set at $285,205.50, with a monthly rent of $23,767.13. The tenant retains one option to further extend the lease at a specified rate. All other terms of the original lease remain unchanged.
