AirNet Systems, Inc. has notified the Securities and Exchange Commission that, while it is not filing certain long-term debt agreements as exhibits to its 2003 Annual Report, it will provide copies of these documents to the SEC upon request. This applies to debt instruments that do not exceed 10% of the company's total consolidated assets. The letter is signed by AirNet's Chief Financial Officer.
