Subscription Agreement between Aimei Investment Ltd and Aimei Health Technology Co., Ltd for Ordinary Shares
Aimei Investment Ltd agrees to purchase 1,437,000 ordinary shares of Aimei Health Technology Co., Ltd for $25,000. The agreement requires Aimei Investment Ltd to pay the specified amount and accept the shares under the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association.
