EnerJex Resources, Inc. has formally notified AgEagle Aerial Systems, Inc. and related parties that the deadline for completing their previously agreed merger has been extended to March 31, 2018. This notice, sent under the terms of their existing merger agreement, ensures all parties are aware of the new timeline for finalizing the transaction. The extension was communicated by EnerJex's Interim CEO to AgEagle's CEO and legal counsel.
