Wells Gardner Electronics and Local 1031 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) have agreed to extend their existing union contract for one additional year, until June 29, 2010. There will be no changes to current wages or benefits during this extension. The company will not increase current medical deductions but retains the right to negotiate changes to the medical plan. This agreement was signed by representatives of both parties on July 2, 2009.

MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING


Due to current critical economical conditions, the following agreement has been reached.

The current union contract ending June 29, 2009 will be extended for an additional contract year with no changes in current wages and benefits. The company will not add any increase to current medical deductions but reserves the right to negotiate changes to the current plan.
