Addendum No. 1 to Automobile Quota Share Reinsurance Contract between Affirmative Insurance Company and Greenlight Reinsurance Ltd.
This addendum modifies the Automobile Quota Share Reinsurance Contract between Affirmative Insurance Company and Greenlight Reinsurance Ltd., effective September 1, 2011. The addendum deletes paragraph D of Article 2 (Term) from the original contract, while all other terms remain unchanged. The addendum is executed by both parties in February 2012 and becomes part of the original contract as of the effective date.
