Termination Addendum to Automobile Quota Share Reinsurance Contract between Affirmative Insurance Company and Subscribing Reinsurers
This addendum amends the Automobile Quota Share Reinsurance Contract between Affirmative Insurance Company and the subscribing reinsurers. It changes the contract's term so that it is effective from December 31, 2013, through June 30, 2014, covering losses during this period. The addendum is executed by Affirmative Insurance Company and is effective as of December 31, 2013.
