Aegis Communications Group, Inc. Authorization Letter to Reduce Credit Line with The Bank of Nova Scotia
Aegis Communications Group, Inc. has formally authorized The Bank of Nova Scotia to reduce its available line of credit from $35 million to $30 million, effective September 15, 2002. This letter, signed by Aegis's Executive Vice President and CFO, references the existing Third Amended and Restated Credit Agreement between the parties. The letter serves as official notice and approval for the credit line adjustment.
