The following is a summary of the compensation of the executive officers of Adept Technology, Inc. (the Company) in effect as of the date of filing the Companys Annual Report on Form 10-K.

(2) | Packaging Solutions business incentive of a quarterly cash commission based upon the cumulative revenue during the fiscal year of the Companys Packaging Solutions business, which could result in potential quarterly cash payments of up to $10,000 (or in certain instances $15,000) per quarter. |
