Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has established annual cash compensation terms for its executive officers, effective March 1, 2021. The Compensation Committee has set specific base salaries and target bonus percentages for Neil F. McFarlane, Vijay Shreedhar, and Christopher B. Prentiss. Each executive will receive a defined annual salary and may earn a bonus based on a percentage of that salary, as determined by the Committee.

COMPENSATION ARRANGEMENTS WITH EXECUTIVE OFFICERS
Annual Cash Compensation
The Compensation Committee of the board of directors sets the annual base salary for each of Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc.’s executive officers. The annual base salary and target bonus award percentage for the executive officers, to be effective March 1, 2021, are as follows:
