Amendment to Employment Agreement between Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Dragan Cicic (August 6, 2015)
This amendment updates the employment agreement between Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Dragan Cicic, changing his job title to Chief Medical Officer. All other terms and conditions of the original agreement, dated January 2, 2006, remain unchanged. The amendment is effective upon acceptance and signature by both parties.

This letter hereby amends your employment agreement, dated January 2, 2006, with Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Employment Agreement”). Pursuant to this amendment your title will be Chief Medical Officer. All other provisions in the Employment Agreement, as amended, shall remain the same.
