Summary
This document outlines the annual compensation for non-employee directors of the company for the years 2009, 2010, and 2011. Directors Martin S. Friedman, Thomas M. Kody, John W. Edgemond IV, and James L. Jadlos (Chairman) are each listed with their respective annual retainers.
