This addendum extends the existing lease between CEAD Partners, Inc. (landlord) and ASTI Operating Company, Inc. (tenant) for Suites 101, 201, and 207 in the Jamison Building for 12 months, from October 1, 2003, to September 30, 2004. The new monthly rent is set at $3,815. Payments and notices are to be sent to INVESTwest C.T.A. at their updated address. All other terms of the original lease remain unchanged.
