Renewal of Trading Advisory Agreements between Sydling Futures Management LLC, AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd., and Related Funds
This letter agreement renews the Trading Advisory Agreements between Sydling Futures Management LLC, AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd., AAA Energy Opportunities Fund LLC, and Sydling AAA Master Fund LLC for an additional twelve months, extending the expiration date to June 30, 2014. All terms and conditions of the original agreements remain unchanged. The renewal is confirmed by the signature of Anthony Annunziato on behalf of AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd.
