Renewal of Trading Advisory Agreements between Sydling Futures Management LLC, AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd., and Related Funds
This letter agreement renews the Trading Advisory Agreements between Sydling Futures Management LLC, AAA Capital Management Advisors, Ltd., and the named funds (AAA Energy Opportunities Fund LLC and Sydling AAA Master Fund LLC) for an additional twelve months, extending the expiration date to June 30, 2013. The renewal confirms that all existing terms remain unchanged. The agreement is acknowledged by the parties through signature.
